Systems, Inc. is a full line manufacturer of adhesives for
consumer and industrial packaging. We incorporate our innovative
technologies, ISO 9000 certified production processes and technical service
programs to guarantee our customers the highest quality packaging program in a
cost-efficient environment.
Our corporate polymer research, manufacturing, sales and customer service groups
are located in a 100,000 square foot facility designed to quickly, efficiently,
and pro-actively effect changes to benefit our clients. We have a capacity to
produce 30,000,000 pounds of hot melt and 10,000,000 pounds of water-based and
pressure sensitive adhesives annually.
Our chemists, engineers and account managers work closely with our customers to
design and build adhesive products that maximize production efficiencies,
whether the product is frozen food, detergent, cereal or beverage, at line
speeds of 50 to 200 units per minute.
Quality is the cornerstone of our success. Our ISO 9001:2000 certification is a
testament to the high standards of the process quality and technical service we
uphold.
In addition, on-site evaluations, usage analysis, and system audits, internally
and externally, are but a few of the value-added services that we offer to our
customers.

Service Programs
ASI pioneered the concept of Full Line Technical Service. The program, now
designated ASSET, (Adhesive Systems Specialty Efficiency Team) has allowed our
customers the opportunity to establish greater efficiencies in their packaging
equipment, which have resulted in significant cost savings and improved quality
for the end users. ASSET further assists our customers in optimizing material
usage, managing inventory and training personnel.
